You can adjust the power settings on your MSI Z490 Tomahawk. For a 10700k processor, setting the VCore to 1.250 should provide a more stable performance.

I'm receiving voltages of 12V and 24V. Yes, I'm running the latest BIOS version.

Sorry for the delayed response. I couldn’t make any progress for a week. My BIOS is up to date, but I’m seeing 1.36 in auto mode, which is too hot at 86°C. I want to lower the voltage cap to a maximum of 1.25, but I’m really confused about how to adjust it in MSI BIOS right now.
