Adjust the size of BAR correctly
Adjust the size of BAR correctly
My setup includes a Ryzen 5 5600X with Corsairs Pro RGB, 2X8GB RAM (3200Mhz CL16), TUF B450M Pro Gaming processor, and an RX 6800 XT Nitro+ with Samsung Evo 970 NVMe M.2 drives (two 500GB). The system boots normally after enabling ReSize BAR in BIOS and restarting, but it reverts to the original BIOS when that feature is off. When turned off, it recognizes the storage devices and boots without issues. This behavior appears to be a known issue, though the first Asus BIOS beta version worked fine. Is this a bug or can you suggest a fix? P.S.: On the initial BIOS beta release, it functioned perfectly.
It functioned with the earlier versions too (there was a choice available then). Perhaps it isn't a widespread issue, as I considered that possibility.
Needed to configure the SSD as GPT and reinstall Windows (UFEI mode). It’s now functioning properly!
