Hello, the RAM in my PC is GSKILL and it began controlling just one stick. I use a 2-slot Mothermark and the GSKILL Trident RGB software was functioning properly until now. I haven’t found similar issues on forums, so I’m hoping someone might have some suggestions. Also, I have an Icue running in the background for my fans, which hasn’t caused any problems before, so it’s unlikely related to that.

I often need to reinstall the GSKill software, as it seems to work for me from time to time.

I attempted that but it didn't function. It might have been due to not restarting the PC before reinstalling.
