Hello, I purchased a Kingston FURY Beast DDR4 3200 MHz 16GB 2x8GB CL16 to upgrade my 1x8GB DDR4 3200MHz CL22. The issue is that after installation, the task manager only shows 2400MHz and the CPU reports 2400MHz. My motherboard model is Erica8 (https://support.hp.com/us-en/document/c08107471). There’s no BIOS option to adjust RAM speed. What can I do? Any advice would be helpful. I also have a Ryzen 5600G CPU and GTX 1650 GPU.

Have you experimented with adjusting one light at a time?

No problem, you installed both at once. It doesn't matter which order you did.

If it functions with one option, that's your solution.

The system probably only accepts JEDEC 3200, not XMP 3200. Without a way to pick XMP profiles in the BIOS, you’d need to look for JEDEC modules instead.

I believe this might be the answer. I'm feeling really down right now, thinking I've lost my money without any reason. Thank you.
