I possess a 600W power supply, Ryzen 5 3600 processor, RTX 2060 graphics card, 4x8GB of RAM, one M.2 SSD, and a 3TB hard drive. When I push my CPU to its highest speed, around 4.1-4.2 GHz, after some time a BSOD occurs related to the kernel. To prevent crashes, I had to adjust the processor state to 99% in power management, which now limits it to 3.52GHz. Can I modify this setting to a different safe value?

The best method to control CPU speed is via BIOS or Ryzen Master, though there are other approaches to maintain stability. Have you ensured the chipset drivers and BIOS are up to date?

I confirmed the changes, but another crash happened after using Ryzen Master.
