I'm really unsure, it could be either. I think it's more likely C die, since every kit of A die I've seen has blown above 1.4V, but anything could happen. If it didn't blue screen at 1.5V during a memory-intensive test, I'd be really impressed if it was C die.

14s refers to a specific setting or configuration, possibly related to a component or circuit. You mentioned confusion about cl14 and the results you're seeing with impedance values. It seems you're working on tuning impedances and protoct, but aren't sure which settings optimize stability. Your current setup has 40 ohms and other values like 20, 24, and 40 again. Adjusting back to auto might help reach lower values like cl15 or even cl14.
