Hey there, the issue is that your FPS stays stuck around 59fps once you enter menus, leading to frustrating microstutter. You've reinstalled drivers and switched to a 60Hz panel, but it still caps at 59fps. It seems like the drops aren't normal from 60 to 59 frames. No clear solution so far.

Which game? Which system? Probably they intentionally capped the frame rate in menus, caused issues, or failed to clear it when you left the menu.

R5 9600x 32gb DDR5 RTX 3070 ASUS TUF B650E connects via Wi-Fi consistently across all games, menus, and maps. Occasionally it activates during gameplay, but once triggered it remains permanently stuck at frame rate 59.

Check for the newest drivers and confirm your monitor supports 60Hz.

Drivers are current with refresh set to 60Hz, which is the highest possible. It seems odd since it runs perfectly at 60 but then drops to 59 and stutters, not syncing with the screen’s refresh rate. This issue appears to be new—could it relate to a recent CPU overclocking? I’m not sure why that might be affecting it.

It could be this adjustment. Try reversing the undervoltage and observe any differences.

Thanks for your responses, buddy. I reset the memory settings back to auto from BIOS after EXPO 1 and it looks like the issue is fixed.

Press ctrl escape then go back to the game, which fixes it temporarily for a few minutes, but it comes back afterward.
