I've been working with GoPro videos using Sony Vegas Pro 12, but the quality drops when uploading to YouTube. I've tested various render settings without improvement. Could you help? If you share screenshots of different settings, it would be useful.

I can't take screenshots directly. However, you can view the render settings by opening the relevant application and checking the display options there.

Consider checking if disabling smart-resample for imported clips might resolve the issue.
