I believe the plastic pack measures 16x. The resolution on Bedrock refers to the number of pixels along the X and Y axes per block. That seems to be my understanding.

I checked the game thoroughly, but there’s no way to adjust the texture pack resolution. Could this be the reason behind the problem?

It uses very few resources. The performance improved since it reduces the number of pixels it needs to display.

It doesn't appear to be an issue. Stuttering during loading seems typical.
