I adjusted every available setting in Minecraft, but my PC still stutters with frames. Based on what I have, I’m not sure what’s really causing the issue.

If you don’t mention your specifications, it’s harder to assist you. Task Manager images can still be useful!

Check the details?
Reduce the render distance settings.
14 chunks work well on my machine.
Disable anti-aliasing or leave it off if needed.

The input appears to be a request for clarification or correction. Would you like me to confirm the intended changes or provide a revised version?

I've seen this with Nvidia too, so I'm not sure how well it fits here. I need to load higher resolution texture packs in Minecraft to boost my FPS. This is because the standard version isn't powerful enough to maintain 1080p at lower power settings—it keeps the GPU clock and memory low, assuming minimal load. Even with the driver set up for Minecraft, it still caps around 30 FPS. But adding a 128x128 texture pack suddenly lifts performance to hundreds of FPS. I'm wondering if you're facing a similar issue but with Team Red.

I experimented with the Plastic Texture Pack and wondered if it might have an effect.
