I've been playing Warzone since its release, but lately it's been having shutters and erratic FPS drops. I checked online and think the issue is linked to my 8GB RAM setup. The only fix suggested was upgrading to 16GB, but since I can't buy it due to a lockdown in my country, I'm stuck. I really enjoy the game. Can I still play on 8GB without the performance problems? I have an i5 9300H, a GTX 1650 with 4GB RAM and 8GB total memory.

You might want to adjust the controls so the game runs with less than 8GB of memory, but usually it needs more than that. I think there’s no solution if the minimum settings still require over 8GB.

Adjust settings to limit memory use, then rely on RAM instead.

where are you staying? we're also in full lockdown, but a few computer parts shops still deliver items within the city. i just received my mouse yesterday and we've been under the enhanced community quarantine since march 14th.

I adjusted the graphics settings but it didn’t make a difference.

Oh well. I checked the videos online about discipline. Just keep going through it.

Consider using virtual memory. It helped me too—I have a Ryzen 5 2600 with 8 GB RAM and a 4 GB GPU.

For the Acer Aspire 7 you're considering, I'm worried it's running slow like I often do. I'm thinking about upgrading.
