While playing cs:go I often notice stable frame rates (200-300fps) but the game runs at 60hz. My CPU and GPU temperatures are normal, I've updated drivers, tweaked settings and options, but it's really frustrating.

What processor and graphics card are you using? Which RAM speed are you employing, and are you utilizing dual-channel technology? Are you connected to a freesync or gsync display?

System details include an RTX 2060 and a Ryzen 5 3600. During the initial days with the 240Hz monitor, everything worked smoothly.

Confirm your RAM is placed correctly in the appropriate slots. The X570 manual warns that incorrect installation may cause performance drops or damage. I’ve copied the relevant section onto a separate sheet and placed it beside the accessories package, increasing the chance you’ll find it. Next, enter BIOS, restore to default settings, redo any overclocking, and clear XMP profiles to test.
