Windows 8.1 many users shared similar issues, offering clear explanations. This feature appears to be problematic and needs disabling. I tried copying the information from the link above. There’s a new issue where the mouse sticks to other screens unless you move it quickly across the monitor edges. Previously, it only affected corner areas for better access. I encountered the same problem with my previous job when using multiple monitors. I discovered a thread on winaero.com about fixing mouse pointer sticks on the edges during monitor movement. Please let me know what you think after trying it.

Have you explored right-clicking the task bar, selecting properties, then navigating to the navigation tab and disabling all corner menu options?
