No, you can't switch between Windows 10 and Windows 7 volume controls directly. Each version has its own settings.

1) Launch Regedit
2) Navigate to HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\Software\Microsoft\Windows NT\CurrentVersion\MTCUVC
3) Add a new 32-bit DWORD called EnableMtcUvc with value 0
4) Log out and then log back in
