Hey there, I faced some issues when trying to boost my RAM speed. I'm using a Gigabyte B450 gaming x motherboard and attempted to overclock the Corsair Vengeance Pro 3200 MHz RAM. After changing BIOS settings to XMP profile 1 and saving, I still encountered a black screen. I know how to fix it, but I'm wondering why it's not working properly despite other methods. Anyone have any ideas on what might be causing this?

I solved the issue. My bios required an update, but the old software couldn't recognize the RAM sticks, so the new settings weren't applied.
