It might be an incorrect BIOS configuration or a defective stick. Have you attempted to turn on X.M.P. or are you intentionally bypassing it? Are the first two sticks positioned nearer or farther from the CPU?

The first stick is nearer to the CPU. I proceed beyond the M.P. threshold.
