The Corsair Vengeance LPX 32GB 3600 doesn’t match the default XMP profile for the Gigabyte Aorus X570 Pro WiFi. If you enable XMP, your PC will restart when switching to Windows 10. You can try overclocking RAM manually to 3200, but the System Memory Multiplier is still a factor. Consider using another identical RAM module to test compatibility.

It might not be the issue but it's worth a try. On my B450M Pro4 board I encountered difficulties reaching the advertised RAM speed, so I changed the slot positions (swapping slots 2 and 4 with slots 1 and 3). Hope this works!

you should, timing and voltage will be much worse. The system memory multiplier is 100MHz, which affects the data rate—so to get 3466, set the multiplier to 34.66, and adjust accordingly.
