Sure, I'll try it when I get home, but I'm not sure it'll make a difference since I consistently get the same result with cinebench after adjusting settings.

Occasionally switching CPUs causes issues, particularly with monitoring tools. Are there overclocking options in your BIOS to define specific performance targets with the default configurations?

There are some gamers I also tested, with ratings around 4.8. I adjusted a few settings, mainly lowering the RAM frequency to 2400 from 2666, but the problem persists—boots work, yet it displays x44 (8 - 48) and the benchmark score remains similar.

I just performed a fresh installation of Windows 10 or a brand new M2 drive, but I'm still experiencing problems. It appears all the cores are now locked together, as they seem to reach 4500Mhz simultaneously.

It seems the speed is just right, as 4.5 is typical for a 7700k.
