I can't find any similar motherboard in my country... I'll have to upgrade to an i5 8600k soon, but it will be expensive...

Currently, building is quite costly. Memory and card costs are also too high. Exactly, I believe I can stick with my current specs for another year. My 970 still works great... if I buy a 1070 with an i5 3570k, would it cause a bottleneck?
