Currently, it's quite costly to construct. The costs for memory and cards are also quite high.

Currently, building is quite costly. Memory and card costs are also too high. Exactly, I believe I can stick with my current specs for another year. My 970 still works great... if I buy a 1070 with an i5 3570k, would it cause a bottleneck?
