This result is significantly better than expected. Well done. These are the configurations I follow: create a custom setting, avoid checking "in-place" to prevent CPU overload. Set the range from 448K to 4096K. Assign at least 70% of your RAM. For a 16GB system, around 12,000 to 13,000MB should work. Keep it running for about two hours. From the link provided: https://www.reddit.com/r/overclocking/co...&ref=share For HCI Design Memtest, perform enough tests to cover roughly 75% of your RAM and aim for about 300% coverage. A few notes: Does your RAM include heat spreaders? What voltage are you applying? Have you run any benchmarks before and after testing?

Yes, they include heat spreaders. When I adjusted the "Memory Try It" to 2933Mhz, the voltage stayed at 1.360. This is the only benchmark I've run from games like AC Odyssey, Far Cry 5, and GTA 5 for stock performance. Updated: encountered an issue with the DRAM Calculator memtest at 70% coverage. Should I manually tweak the timings and voltage? I restored the original settings before to avoid any damage. P.S. I shared a screenshot of the folder used in the DRAM Calculator for Ryzen.

You seem ready to put in the effort, and it looks like you're near a steady point. However, reaching stability could require a lot of testing and adjustments along the way. I'm someone who enjoys this kind of challenge.

Consider adjusting the clock speeds to 17, 19, 19, 19, and 37. The voltage should be raised from 1.360 to a higher setting. Overclocking RAM shouldn't harm the memory chips, but you need to handle voltages carefully. You're right about testing only around 75% of the RAM capacity—your 5 runs with 3000MB each totaled 15,000MB, which might explain the issue.

Ensure voltage stays moderate; avoid exceeding 1.5V unless necessary. For higher concerns, limit to 1.4V. Start by boosting voltage, then test 17, 19, 19, and 37. If successful, adjust components gradually until timing issues appear. If problems persist, revisit timing settings or consider secondary causes.
