CL 18, tRCD 18, tRP 18, tRAS 42, 1.20V. If it boots into Windows, increase the clock by one step at a time. Run MemTest for several tests and keep repeating until any failures occur. Once stable, try raising the voltage gradually—starting from 1,350 up to the recommended range for DDR4. If increasing voltage alone doesn't yield consistent results, adjust the timings (TRCF, TRFC2, etc.) by small increments, aiming for a balance between speed and stability. Be cautious with voltages; since your chips already run well above 1,350 at XMP, you should be safe until then. If timings remain problematic, consider further tweaks while monitoring stability. After reaching a reliable configuration, save the changes in BIOS and let the system run for an extended period (8–12 hours) to confirm long-term stability.

When using the config menu in memtest, editing the number of passes is limited by default to 4. If you need more passes, you’ll have to restart the test. Since it’s only the free version, you can’t exceed that limit. After completing the initial 4 passes, you’d likely run it again for additional passes. Given your situation, it makes sense to wait and retest once the default behavior is confirmed.
