In short, I changed my memory frequency from 3200MHz to 3600MHz. After checking my clock speeds, it showed around 1800MHz.

In Windows, the single data rate speed is used. Your RAM is DDR, which supports dual data rate, resulting in a total of 3600.

DDR indicates double data rate, making 1800MHz accurate as it doubles to 3600MT/s effectively.
