The system displays 3000 MHz on the gaming PC, while the stream PC operates at 2666 MHz. It seems unclear why these differences matter so much, especially since I didn’t want to interfere with the setup.

RAM speed plays a big role in CPU performance. I checked my earlier comment—make sure your colourspace is set to 709!
