Everything appears okay. How do you describe something as blurry? The most recent video you shared of your RC in R6 seems clear to me. An 8000kbps bit rate might be the key you're looking for. The video does look a bit pixelated, but that's typical of low bit rates.

I omitted to note the custom configurations, adjusting 8M to match your bitrate—currently 6M seems appropriate. I’m not sure what platform he’s using, but it appears he might be running a dual PC setup on Slow or a high-core PC for streaming. The variation is noticeable but demands significantly more CPU power. Disable the enforce streaming service encoder settings. His streams are clean, yet clarity comes from 1080p playback. I notice some macroblocking during fast motion, but overall it’s better with higher bitrate. Bitrate tends to hinder smooth movement. Elgato HD60 works well at 8000 bitrate, but even when stationary it still appears blurry and out of focus. It’s tough to describe, but it makes streaming difficult compared to others, especially when watching gameplay. He mentioned using a two-PC stream like mine.
Confirming your RAM speed is indeed at 3000MHz and checking if XMP was enabled. I see you're experiencing stutters even though the stats say 60fps, and your video doesn't match. The BIOS occasionally resets to the default 2133MHz, which might be causing the issue. Also, your colourspace needs to be updated to 709 for optimal performance.
