I was experimenting with shadow play uploading, and the quality was decent even at low settings. However, shadow play has some problems—like needing full screen and not being able to stream KSP or something else. I’m considering OBS, but I’m unsure which settings to use. My upload speed is about 0.85 Mbps, and I was thinking about using the Nvidia NVENC encoder, which I assume shadow play uses. Otherwise, I don’t know what to set up next.

Streaming on a slow connection isn't feasible unless you're okay with a less-than-perfect experience. Sorry about that.

As I mentioned, I've handled it using shadow play and it met the requirements.

I mostly used the same upload and attempted to stream several times but it failed... Luckily, I'm moving to 500/200 on Tuesday.
