Hello, your recent mouse purchase is a good start. The recommended DPI for CSGO isn’t fixed—it depends on your comfort and gameplay style. While 400 DPI is often cited as a sweet spot, it mainly reflects older mice that supported that range. Modern mice can handle higher DPI settings, so you might find better performance at 600 or even 800 if you prefer smoother movement. Experiment with different values to see what feels most natural for you.

Everyone has their own choices. Some prefer higher DPI on CoD, I stick with high sensitivity since it feels natural. I’ve discovered my ideal setting for every game, and while others share tips, the main thing is personal preference. You can learn from others, but ultimately it’s about what works best for you.

Don't worry, just look for the best option for yourself.

You might notice it in the Logitech G Hub, though I wouldn't suggest using it. My setup uses a Logitech MX518 and the G Hub generates a virtual mouse interface in Device Manager, which appears to influence input lag somehow. If the profiles are saved on the mice, you can just remove the G Hub after configuring the profile.

or skip it entirely. This is common app used for mouse tinkerers who are using G305 PCB on another mouse's body.

Ensure a minimum resolution of 1200dpi for optimal performance. Lower dpi values increase latency.
