C.P.U voltage raises >1.5v without overclocking. I checked CMOS and replaced it and changed c.p.u voltage manually to 1.310 again voltage raises > 1.5v I removed CMOS and runs PC and checked voltage it was fine now. If I am placing CMOS in correct way again the voltage raises >1.5. please give me solution for this( I checked it with 3 CMOS batteries ) without CMOS C.P.U voltages are around 1.2v - 1.29v

It fluctuates between 1.5 and occasional changes, showing a significant variation.

It wasn't just a one-time thing. Over the past few days the voltage has been rising from 1.3v to 1.7v. I turn it off whenever it goes above 1.5v and it doesn’t drop back down from 1.31v—it keeps climbing after that.
