Device Name: DESKTOP-STSHMTK
Processor: Intel® Core™ i5-6200U (2.30GHz @ 2.40GHz)
RAM: 16.0 GB (15.9 GB free)
Storage: 466 GB SSD (CT500BX500SSD1)
GPU: AMD Radeon R5 M330 (2 GB) + Intel HD Graphics 520 (128 MB)
System: 64-bit OS, x64 architecture
Input: Pen and touch not supported

This is the information about your laptop. You're considering lowering the voltage for both the GPU and CPU while you work on video editing. The temperatures during export reach high levels—CPU up to 95-99°C, GPU up to 97-99°C. Have you tried any other adjustments? Or should you proceed with this approach?

Have you adjusted or added padding? Most mobile CPUs and GPUs rarely allow much customization. Perhaps you could check your GPU, especially if you're using AMD Adrenalin Edition; otherwise, the Intel CPU likely won't support changes. You might simply lift it up a bit and let it breathe more, which could improve temperatures significantly.

I plan to replace both the CPU and GPU, and I've already tested using the laptop without the bottom panel. It seems the bottom panel aids in managing heat for the existing cooling system.
