You're using an MSI Mag 112R motherboard with an ASUS Prime B660M-A Wi-Fi II D4 chipset. Your question is about managing the installed RGB fans. Since your motherboard supports RGB lighting, you can control fan speeds through BIOS settings or via the RGB hub interface. Make sure the RGB hub is connected to the correct port and that you're using the appropriate software to adjust fan speeds.

If it's an Icue, use Icue. If it's MSI, skip the MSI Center. You might also try Singal RGB or Open RGB. The MSI Center is considered misleading.

The fans come pre-installed on the case when the motherboard is an ASUS, even if the motherboard itself is MSI.

The system doesn't use an MSI, ASUS motherboard. The case fans come pre-installed for the MSI MAG 112R model.
