So I'll just tackle the issue right away. The Asus GPU Tweak's voltage slider reaches a maximum of 1165 mV, but I'm looking for a more powerful overclock. I already have the enhanced tuning enabled and am using advanced mode, yet I can't locate an option to push it further. I understand my graphics card can perform better since its stock clock is 1200 mV. What should I do?

in afterburner you need to access settings, then disable voltage control by default

I performed that action, but adjusting the sliders again would send them back to 1210 mV
