Hello, I understand you're looking for a simple app to manage permissions on Android Lollipop. For your needs, especially keeping things secure for your mom, I recommend exploring built-in tools like Settings or using trusted apps such as "App Manager" or "Perms Manager." These are straightforward and reliable options. Let me know if you'd like more details!

To achieve this, you need to have some root access on version 5.x. Then you can install an Xposed module named "Xprivacy." Alternatively, you might consider flashing a custom ROM that includes these features. Both options aren't straightforward for beginners.

It seems you're facing a situation where rooting is necessary. There are tools available that promise to handle this process...

Yep as Kiyuubi said you will need to be rooted on lollipop. Marshmallow allows you to pick and choose which permissions the apps receive but until you get that update you might just need use an app that doesn't ask for those permissions. Unless you want to root.

Oh no, it seems you're not interested in rooting. The only approved app your mom prefers is available. Appreciate the assistance!

I once used an app for Android Kitkat that functioned well, but after the Lollipop update it stopped working. It seems the developers either took that feature out or made it more difficult to access.
