Following a recent Windows 10 installation, I'm experiencing brief pauses in Black Desert Online. My system specifications are: GTX 1080, Gigabyte AB350-Gaming 3 motherboard, Ryzen 7 1700 processor, and 16GB of Corsair DDR4 memory. Prior to this fresh Windows installation, the game operated flawlessly without any stuttering; however, now it’s exclusively affected by these interruptions. Task Manager indicates significantly elevated power consumption, and I haven't yet been able to resolve the issue.

It’s highly recommended to reinstall your newest NVIDIA graphics drivers, as this might be the root cause of the problem.

Hampton:

Please reinstall your newest NVIDIA graphics drivers; this might be the root of the problem. I suspected this was the cause, so I reinstalled my NVIDIA drivers and the issue remained unresolved.

Hamptons:

Ensure you reinstall your newest NVIDIA graphics drivers; this might be the root cause.

I suspected this was the problem, so I reinstalled my NVIDIA drivers, but there were no alterations.

Experiment with reducing your frame rate.
