Every time I power it up, the fans and RGB light up, but the display stays off. The specs say 4130 i3 3.5 GHz dual 16 GB RAM, four 4x4 drives, GTX 730, 500 MHz, case with good quietness!

The situation might involve power supply problems or a loose connection, especially if you're seeing flickering. The CPU was released in 2013, so it's possible you're unfamiliar with its current usage. Also, the mention of ram speed could be problematic.

I started it with minimal setup—just a single stick of RAM, no GPU, and only the CPU fan active while case fans stayed off.

What is the PSU? Have you attempted to reset the CMOS?

The power source is a 400-watt EVGA I and I also swapped the backup battery.

I didn't discover the issue, but it functioned after I replaced the old motherboard and processor. The new components seemed to resolve the problem.
