Your monitor's resolution is 1336 x 768, yet the in-game settings for CS Source only adjust up to 1024 x 768. What steps should I take?

I made the changes to the aspect ratio to 16:9, adjusted the resolution, applied them, and then clicked ok. Now the game offers a completely new experience.
