My ASUS ROG Rapture GT-AX11000 is linked through an Ethernet cable to your switch, which in turn has two Ethernet cables going to each of your computers.
Your router could be misinterpreting the data from your laptop as crucial and subsequently restricting your computer's usage—this is common with certain models. Try turning off all bandwidth or gaming features to check if it improves performance.
In the network card settings, disable the option under "configure" for "large send offload."
Have you experimented with it without the switch and instead relied on the router?
