Hello, I’m experiencing some problems with gameplay while streaming on Twitch. My two PCs are connected with NDI. The streaming machine is a Tracer 3 CyberPowerPC laptop, and the gaming rig is a custom build. I’m currently at around 50 down and 10 up. In Miami, for games like Fortnite and Call of Duty, my ping usually stays between 30-40 ms. When I go live on Stream Labs, my in-game latency jumps to over 150 ms. Testing different bitrates doesn’t seem to improve my performance, but the stream quality drops significantly at 2000 Mbps. I use a gigabyte Ethernet switch to send video from my gaming PC to the streaming one. Recordings work well, but live streaming is frustrating, and this issue hasn’t happened before on a single setup. Anyone have suggestions?

It's better to stick with one PC instead of going back to multiple setups.

I changed because I needed to ease the strain on my gaming PC. I'm seeking a fix for my dual PC configuration, not going back to a single setup.

Using the hardware encoder on your GPU would relieve some processing pressure. For NVIDIA you'd use NVENC, while AMD relies on AMF. A more thorough explanation of your configuration is necessary for that.

You'll need to clarify the requirements for the specifications.

Do you have a capture card or device? I built it by putting everything together step by step.

No capture card used. Video is sent from the gaming PC to the streaming PC via Ethernet switch and the Obsidian plugin.

Connect your laptop to the Wi-Fi network and then switch it back to your router's connection.

The Gigabit Ethernet switch you're referring to is typically a Cisco or similar brand model.
