If you use an AMD graphics card, frame rates will drop significantly. The 380 you see won’t run as smoothly as a 960. Check the chart in this piece for more details. http://www.kotaku.com.au/2015/11/if-your...idia-card/

Witcher 3 continues to face problems with AMD graphics cards. Nvidea has acknowledged they haven’t finished optimizing Fallout 4, which means the performance gap will grow. Therefore, if you plan to play Fallout frequently on an AMD graphics card, it might end up being a significant expense.
