The most recent version is 21H1. Updates and patches will keep coming, since Windows 10 remains fully supported through 2025.

I believe you're referring to enterprise. There are around four major internet hits at 20h4, including this thread and two in German, though I’m not entirely sure. One mentioned the possibility of a 20h4 (I don’t speak much German, but I can try to understand some sentences), and another was a forum post on MS about 20h4 enterprise.
