You might want to check if indexing is disabled on your SSD—disabling it again could help. Second, your taskbar disappears in various ways, sometimes hiding behind Chrome and other times just as a line that rises when scrolled. Is there a reason not to? It's a forum just like this. And anyways, it's not just them. Many sites recommend disabling indexing on SSD's.
