You installed the ASUS TUF Gaming X570-PLUS with upgraded 32GB DRAM, but the new RAM isn't being detected. In BIOS you see DIMM_A1 and DIMM_B1 marked as n/a, the lights come on but don't work with Aura. All four sticks look the same—what went wrong? Also, you experienced crashes during restarts.

Consider shifting your original two RAM modules to A1/A2 and the new pairs to B1/B2. Dual channel support remains intact. If issues persist, ensure XMP is disabled in the BIOS.
