For BIOS purposes, most users only need to turn on XMP (or EXPO/DOCP for AMD). Some extra adjustments depend on the situation: For SAM/reBar, activate Re-Size BAR Support and ensure above 4G decoding is active if it's off by default. On AMD CPUs, think about turning on PBO/Curve optimizer for automatic undervolting. If you run Virtual Machines, make sure virtualization is enabled in BIOS, unless it's already on.

Tbh, it's better to stick with the default options and enable XMP if needed. For videos, I'd be cautious about modifying BIOS settings just because someone claims otherwise—no matter who says it.
