Do you think of an .exe as a program file or just any data file? If it's the first one, you can copy it to a USB stick and put it on your fresh computer.
Yeah, I'm pretty sure it's a .exe file. But how can I check that for sure?
You don't know the app or if it has a license. Maybe you could use it, but maybe not. It might only work on just one computer at a time. If that's true, you'll need to take your old version off and put it back in another place.
