Hello everyone, here are my PC details. I hope this helps resolve the problem you're facing. The motherboard model is MSI MPG Z790 EDGE WIFI, CPU is an Intel i9 14900K, GPU is NVIDIA 4070TI, RAM is Corsair Vengeance 32GB DDR5 (now 64GB), CPU cooler is Arctic Liquid Freezer III, PSU is 850W ATX 80 PLUS GOLD. I recently added extra RAM after observing high usage in demanding games, though it wasn't strictly necessary. The default speed is 4000MHz, but my Corsair RAM only reaches 7200MHz, which isn't close to the advertised rate. After installing two more sticks, even at default settings, my PC crashes during game boot. I've tried troubleshooting, but I'm not sure what else to do. If XMP is enabled, I get a RAM failure warning. Adjusting frequency manually without XMP also causes the same issue. I've seen some fixes from others, but none worked for me. The recommended approach often involves adjusting the BIOS settings until compatibility is found, but given your hardware, this isn’t feasible. If you can’t modify the BIOS, you may need to manually tweak memory configurations, which can be time-consuming. Ideally, you’d avoid these extra sticks if possible, as they likely aren’t necessary for your current configuration.
