I just started using Linux after watching Anthony's video. I'm having trouble finding the right steps to connect my laptop's built-in camera. Anyone have a clear guide? The BIOS says the webcam is enabled, but the Pop OS support docs aren't helping. Other resources seem too basic or advanced for me.

I didn't need to install any drivers for your laptop camera. What kind of device are you using?

Did you verify the presence of your webcam in GNOME Cheese? If missing, look in the Pop Shop for installation options.

the cheese being installed matches the gnome version. i can't locate gnome cheese in the pop shop. it seems the cheese i have is from gnome. when i launch the app, it displays "no device found." Updated on july 26, 2021 by dallen49
