Hello, I'm using Windows 10 version 1909. When I try to access: Control Panel → Devices and Printers → Add Device / Add a printer, the menu appears briefly then disappears. The same happens when I open the Start Menu → Settings → Devices. Additionally, the Bluetooth settings don't function. I haven't installed any printers and have no Bluetooth devices. I just realized these menus aren't working despite setting up my PC as desired. I've followed the standard steps: sfc /scannow DISM.exe ... but nothing resolved the issue. I checked Event Viewer for error messages, but found nothing. It seems a service might not be starting correctly or something similar is causing the problem. Any advice would be greatly appreciated.
