It seems the tool freezes at 30fps when performance drops below 60fps. You expected it to prevent VSync and keep frames unblocked.

It appears you're working with game settings. Adaptive VSync remains stable at 30 frames when you select the half frame rate mode.

It seems there’s an issue where adaptive mode should turn off VSync but isn’t working as expected. That’s normal behavior—regular VSync remains unaffected.
