There are SODIM adaptors for desktops. Using SODIM with an adapter for a motherboard with DDR3L RAM might not be ideal. And since you prefer DDR3L RAM, it’s worth considering alternatives to avoid the rarity and cost.

It varies by location. In my country, DDR3L is very affordable and easy to find. I could purchase an 8GB 1600MHz CL9 model for just $40.
