It isn't suitable for RAM use. While there were cards designed for RAM storage, they are uncommon and purchasing one would be significantly more expensive than buying a standard PC.
Back then, there were some unusual adapters, especially before the 2000s when ATX became common and even CPUs were on expansion cards—not modern RAM. PCI and PCIe were too slow for RAM use.
