I bought one of those eBay Windows 10 pro keys several times before. This time it worked for an enterprise version. I’m not very familiar with enterprise settings, but does this matter to the buyer? It probably won’t affect them much.

Enterprise allows you to turn off certain Microsoft tools such as the Windows Store and introduces additional options. I find it appealing, though it isn’t available for purchase as a regular user.

Switching to Ent won’t alter any software, only a few features. The Ent version has less bloat, which is another thing

It's important to pay close attention if you're selling systems you developed under Windows licenses that breach the terms. Someone could contact Microsoft and alert them if you're distributing these products in a professional capacity, since they would pursue the matter vigorously.

Retail keys may be resold, but Enterprise keys are exclusively available via Volume Licensing between a suitable business and Microsoft. Purchasing or using an Enterprise key outside this agreement breaches the EULA, no matter your acquisition method.
